In customer source I can only see the license keys for GP 2010. How do I get the ones for 2013?

You cannot get GP2013 keys as it was not added to all customers by default, customer will need to contact its partner to place a transitional order from Business Ready Licensing to Perpetual Licensing, if the customer been active before Oct 2012 till now they will receive the transition and the new keys free of charge.
