In the event that your partner is no longer available you can contact sales operations directly at 1-800-456-0025.

You cannot get GP2013 keys as it was not added to all customers by default, customer will need to contact its partner to place a transitional order from Business Ready Licensing to Perpetual Licensing, if the customer been active before Oct 2012 till now they will receive the transition and the new keys free of charge.
