Dear All,
Is There a way to trace Customer Order, to which invoice transaction, and how been collected?
If i have a customer call and ask about his order, then I need straight forward window to trace customer order, Sale Transaction, Tender Details, Delivered or not Delivered.

Provided that your cashiers and operators record everything you need to know, by using reports in Manager you can see all or any of these.
If you are using POS only and not integrated with accounting you can trace customers payments but not suppliers payments.
