Hi All
I am using GP 2010. when I login into GP , i get a window to enter user id and password to connect with Domain having caption Windows Security. While , I login to GP with Administrator , GP doesn't ask. I want to stop this window to ask credential every time I login to GP other than administrator. Any idea ?

If it is desktop Client, the database pointed to different server right?
please make sure that you have same configuration as below
for e.g: the client machine has domain\gpuser login
go to (SSRS) Report Server, home page --> click Folder settings
please check the list of available users.
for e.g: it has configured with domain\gpadmin user configured with browser,Content Manager then you need to add domain\gpuser with corresponding role( minimum of browser)
while login to GP, windows credential alert prompts to connect SSRS Report Server(nothing but your DB server).
you can pass the domain\gpuser with the corresponding password to view the reports in Metrics.
if this problem exists beyond this, server may have the conflicts regarding Windows Authentication Integration.

If everything on the homepage is disabled and you are still receiving the error I would guess the issue could be with an IE group policy or something like that.
Nope. Problem still persist.
Just to clarify, did the issue get resolved by unchecking the metric section of the homepage?
Alert are not stop even metric is un-checked. I have made the user as part of Admin group , but till there is some lacking due to which I am still getting the pop window. I have closed and reopened the GP but no luck.

credential alert get stop once you un-check the metrics option in home page. can you close and re-open GP to check the credential alert appears in home page?
"GP and database are on different server"- as you said when you login via admin, you dint face the alert message. so try to add your server login to admin group.
I do not need metric and and report in home page what's why I have already disabled them.
