CE to BC synch issue - job queue getting into inactivity timeout

Accounts from CE is getting integrated to BC via Dataverse.

Job queue entry with codeunit 5339 is being used coupling "Accounts Dataverse" and "Customer" table in BC.

This job queue is going to "Inactivity timeout" once or twice in a day, sometime accounts are newly created in CE and those customer are present in "Accounts Dataverse" table also, still job queue is going to "inactivity timeout" mode, and it automatically gets into active mode after 2 - 4 hrs. Current value of "Inactivity timeout period" for this job queue entry is set as 720

Is there any way to activate the job queue immediately whenever it goes to inactivity timed out mode.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

In standard system there is no way to change automatic Timeout time, you have to set it manual.

    Thanks.
