2 criterias lookup data map

I am having some problems when importing data because there are inactive records with the same data and that are related to existing records, so it is
not possible to delete. I noticed that when importing data, in lookup fields, there is an option to choose more than one attribute. How should I 
adjust this in the csv file to aggregate the two attributes?

Please try to import with the Data Import ++ in XrmToolBox, which allows for easier import operations.
