We are working with CRM Dynamics 2013 and the outlook plugin.
Our users use the outlook plugin regularly to track emails and to use the "set regarding" function.
Now, last week, we changed all our users email address from: userX@mycompany.com to firstname.lastname@abbreviationofcomapany.com
We changed the users' email addresses in the CRM to the new email address.
But since then, we cannot use the plugin anymore. When the plugin is configured and we start outlook, it directly crashes.
The only users that are not affected are the users that didn't use the plugin before the migration of email address.
Do you have any idea what could be the issue?
