We have a couple of the same entity under the sub area view once in a client record (the are different views when clicked into) but we don't require of them as it is confusing for staff. My question; 'how do I remove this'? Please see the image to assist my explanation.

Thanks , it's ok I realised that the list in the view in the entity when editing is the same order in the actual area.

This is part of the relationship
I would remove them all and then add back in the correct relationshop (If you know the name of the relationship you can hover over it and it will show you the name)

Follow the steps which are mentioned by Mark and check if you can able to see the entities listed twice.
As it does not allow the same entity twice in navigation area. So verify if you have two entities with same name included in your CRM environment.

These are in the Navigation Menu
You need to edit the form you want to remove them from, Then select Navigation (1) Select the item you want to remove (2) and then the Remove option (3)
Then Save and Publish
