I am having error while printing General journal report in AX2012

Hi Community i need urgent help to fix a error on prod enviroment while printing General journal report in Ax2012 .

Error: Maximum number of items that can be serialized or deserialized in an object graph is '65536'. Change the object graph or increase the MaxItemsInObjectGraph quota.

Hana Xue and Komi Siabi , we have already tried the mentioned blog, but we were able to change the server configurations. However, we are unable to modify the client configurations. Once we change the buffer size and save it, an error occurs, even with the default buffer size of 65536. Interestingly, this error is specific to the General Journal report. Sometimes, we encounter similar errors in all reports, but after restarting the DB server, the remaining reports start working again, except for the General Journal report. I believe we are unable to change the buffer size.

Additionally, I would like to mention that this error suddenly appeared; the report was functioning correctly before. It's worth noting that we recently moved our AOS server to cloud machines. Although the report was working after the move, we are now experiencing this error.
