I have issue with activities on accounts. when open account activities pane showing loading.. it not showing actually activities.i verified and cleared all caches and all but no luck.It happening all browsers it's a dynamics365 version.Many of members raised this question but no one get a answer to resolve.Any expert is there please give a solution.Thanks

I have another issue related to forms. I have two forms one is A and B I have access two forms.If i select B after some time it going to A form.this happening when click on any link which opens in new window that time when going back and see the record it showing A form.It's happening in dynamics365 upgrade.

Event viewer will capture if there will be issue in your CRM server ( you need to check in CRM server, I hope same issue is happening in CRM server as well), so checking that could help here. Apart from that as you said it's working fine after refresh, you can also check using performance center (check here how to use it: community.dynamics.com/.../display-performance-center-in-chrome) or can use fiddler (crmbusiness.wordpress.com/.../getting-started-with-fiddler-and-crm) to see what is taking much time when loading for the first time.

I never checked the way which you provided because i am not aware how to do that.it's not only happening accounts sometimes for contacts also.it is not browser related issue i hope. this issue happening loading time after that once refresh it's loading perfectly.we are in on-premise dynamics365. please share your thoughts and knowledge.Thanks in advance.

Based on your tags assuming you are using on premise, did you check if there is any entry in eventviewer in your CRM server for any error when you open account record ??
