How to restore missing custom data after restoring database on sandbox?

Posted on by 1,654

Hi all,

Today mistakenly we import the extension with ForceSync option (screen print below) at the Sandbox instance and due to this we lost the custom columns data. Now, we are trying to restore database available from Microsoft backups. We did one backup and it created the new Sandbox but there are no data in the Custom columns, we imported the extension again with proper option but still cannot see the data at the custom columns on master tables, can anybody advise us how to get the data back?

Hi, Have you tried exporting your restored database to local SQL?
If the data cannot be found in local SQL, I think it will be difficult to retrieve it.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
