Remove a value From OptionSet in CRM 2016

Hi

I have an option set that include some value. when I remove one of them, it is not remove from my option set on form

How can I Remove a Value from an option set

Note:

That value are not depend to any record

    I did it but not worked

    but I found solution, In global option set is a Publish button top of window

    For publish this change you have to click on this button

    Make sure you published all solution.

    you want completely remove the value ? If yes, follow the below picture.

    After delete the value, save and publish.
