Issue configuring CRM 2013 Outlook Client

I am setting up the CRM 2013 Outllook Client for an on-premises solution.  New installation; not an upgrade.  Outlook 2010 is being used.

The CRM Outlook Client installed fine and am able to access the CRM Configuration dialog within Outlook.  Entering the server URL and test connection works.  The organization list is populated correctly (a single Org is all that is available).

However when pressing Ok, I then get the error "The specified Microsoft Dynamics CRM server address (URL) is not responding.

The stack trace in the log file shows the following:

09:53:26|Verbose| Method entry: Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.Config.ServerForm._okButton_Click

09:53:26|Verbose| Method exit: Microsoft.Crm.Application.Outlook.Config.ServerForm._okButton_Click

I've gone through the Troubleshooting Wizard.  No luck.

Forgot to mention that we have already verified that there is a single binding for http://cjpiacrmdev01.

    Hi

do you have http://cjpiacrmdev01:8080 in web Address in Deployment Manager?

Deufault port is 80 so if you want to have 8080 you have to change there also.

Can you try to browse http://cjpiacrmdev01:8080/CJPIADev/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc?wsdl and see expected XML is shown ?

Also, as suggested by Ragnar, check the web address too from Deployment Manager and let us know the results.

    Hi Satish and Ragnar,

Yes this issue is now resolved.  The bindings had been changed in IIS, but not the the Deployment Manager.  Once this was updated, all worked fine!
