FRx Migration to Managmement Reporter 2012: External Component has thrown an exception.

While trying to run the FRx Migraton wizard I get the error message "External Component has thrown an exception." This occurs after I put the location into the Select FRx Data screen, hit enter; the message pops up and crashes the application.

Has anyone had this exception or any idea on how to correct it?

I was able to correct this error by uninstalling the 32 bit version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 and installing the 64 bit version of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010.
