Custom filter query overwrite issue if saved view feature is enabled on form

One of the user has enabled saved view feature on Production order page with some custom filter. There is another functionality which calls same Production order page through x++ code and passing some arguments.

When we open the form through below code it doesn't filter the records passed by code but displays the results from saved view filter.

1. Code to pass the argument while calling the form menu item through code.

2. Written the code for form init event handler to filter the data from args.

What could be changed to overwrite the filter passed by custom code?

May be the logged in user is same in both cases and he might have pinned the filter with custom filter. In that case only saved filter will show. I think removing this filter can help in this case.

We cannot remove the filter. If forms is opened from main menu item it should filter record based on saved view. But if form is opened through code it should filter values passed in parameter...
