Hi Marco,
You can create a hidden text field called Campaign Source in your form, so the user won't see it. Then you need to create a script that will fetch the campaign source on your page (for example from the URL) and set the value of the hidden field Campaign Source.

The data comes from google.
So my visitors come on my site by "Organic search" or "Referrals" or "Organic social".
They all fill the same form, how can i capture this "source" so i can include this in Dynamics.

Hi Marco,
There is an OOTB field in Lead entity called Lead Source.
You can add the new options into the field and map the field as a form field.
So that it can be inserted into a marketing form to capture data.
