Does Dynamics AX have built in functionality for Wedding / Bridal Gift Registries?
If not, does anyone know of an add-on that provides that functionality?

I don't think it exists in standard AX. Can you provide the features which should be covered in such a solution?
I am afraid you would need to expand on your question in order to get a solid answer. AX can indeed hold bridal gifts as items and certainly track transactions against those items. If you can expand on what you would like it to do, I am sure we can provide more insight.

Hi, maybe you can use create customer order, and there you can save the items selected by de users.
