Hi,
A customer has reported an error when posting an expense report where they get the message "Employee xxxx is not found".
The reason is that AX 2012 adds additional distribution tax line on the expense report, and this line refers to an other company and that's why the error is thrown.
I found an old case in this community where a user commented "not sure if you ever resolved this, but I have found that if you check the distributions on your expense, sometimes it creates an additional tax distribution that is linked to another company and this is causing the issue, because the user is not employed in that Company."
But why does this happen? Does anyone know?

Hi Eirhane
We have the same issue now in our company.
Did you find the cause of the problem and perhaps a solution as well?

Thanks for you reply.
It's AX 2012 R3 CU13.
This has only happend twice, last time was more than two years ago. And they have used AX 2012 since 2016.
Hi,
This might be the result of a system bug.
Are you operating an older AX version?
If this is the case then please check LCS for available hotfixes.
If you can't find anything on LCS you can open a support request with Microsoft.
Best regards
Ludwig
