I've created work order service product for labour (day) with a Unit of Days with a cost of £500 per day. However whenever I add this to a work order as a service product it always multiplies the unit amount (£500) by 24 giving a cost of £12,000. I'd understand if the base unit was hours but it isn't. Is this standard Field Service behaviour or have I set up my unit group structure incorrectly? The Unit Group for the product is Time and the Default Unit is Days (the base unit of which is hours).

Hi Luke.
The Work Order Service -> Quantity (Duration) field calculates it in hours.
You will have to use Hour on the Unit of Measure.
It won't be able to work with the Unit Of Group.
You can use the "Minimum Charge Duration" to set your daily fee.
