Unable to confirm an approved PO

The PO has been submitted and approved via workflow however the confirm buttons are disabled. The Purchase Type is Purchase order. This issue happens to only a few PO's. Is there some setup that might be affecting this behavior?

    This is difficult to answer with the information available.

    Can you identify some common characteristics of the POs where you experience the issue (same vendor, item, etc.)?

    Is there any outstanding workflow items to be approved?

    What is PO Approval status?

    Has PO workflow recently been changed?

    Hello CRT .

    please check

    1. the setup of procurement parameters regarding to activate change management & allow override.

    2. the setup on vendor regarding to activate change management.

    3. check view history of workflow version if it is completed or not.

    please feedback with those points.

    Hi Ludwig - Thank you for your interest. It really was a user error. The PO had been approved however was displayed as "in review" in the All PO grid. After refreshing this - the PO showed as approved and the user was able to confirm it. Thank you again!

    Hi Crispin, Thank you for your reply. It was a user error...which has been fixed now. The PO grid needed to be refreshed to display the PO as approved. Once done the User was able to confirm it. Appreciate your help though.
