Requirement is to send email when purchase order is approved. Where I should check purchase order approved means which classes.

Hi,

You can apply it by setting Workflow configurations and enabling the workflow notifications as in the following links:

Hi Waed,

I missed to mention that only email notification send if PurchTable.TermofPaym='Cash' or 'Adv' to external use. Means this user is not available in workflow process.

I propose three solutions :

1. Add new rule in PO validation workflow to send an email

2. Create a custom alert to notify the user

3. Use a buisness event + power automate

Hi Amine,

We do not have power automate. In alert, How to send email to external user and also checking if purchtable.DocumentState==VersioningDocumentState::Approved and purchTable.Termsofpaym=='Cash' || 'Adv'.
