Creating a Custom Form from an existing PDF in DynamicsCRM

Greetings, I am brand new to MS Dynamics and have just purchased the online version. Our organization provides a health care service to individuals that apply for admission to our facilities. My question is when our Call Center gets a call from a potential client they use a field fillable PDF form to gather data from the client for validation of criteria they must meet for admittance. This form is considerable long and has MANY fields. What I would like to do is gather this data within the CRM but none of the forms seem long enough to customize and gather all the info I need. Also I can't quite figure out how to make the layout the way I want it (other than columns). I would like to change the body of the form to make it hold more fields or even better would be to make it longer so the staff can continue straight down the form to enter all the required fields. There is no place I can upload a PDF form right? Not supported is it? Can anyone recommend what to do to get this required data into the CRM under the Lead Entity,

    Hi,

there is no direct way to get PDF data into CRM.

You can create a custom button on lead entity, which will upload PDF file and using javascript lib. like pdfreader you can read data out of PDF and insert it into lead record.

here is link to read data from pdf.

    www.npmjs.com/.../pdfreader

    hope this will help..

As far as I know, such a feature is on the test so far. But yet, if that is still relevant for you at some level, you may try to use third-party tools like this one for example https://online-form-builder.pdffiller.com/ It's not related to MS Dynamics as well as paid to use, but it seems it will come in use to you for sure

Yes. That is correct. Importing the file of type PDF is not supported.

However, if you can convert the collected data into an Excel file, you can directly import the Excel file into the CRM.

You may find the Supported File types as listed below:
