Hello

I have a requirement where i need to automatically update the Mails and attachments i get in outlook to the respective leads field in dynamics 365.

If anybody could please guide me it would be a great help.

Hi Sumaira,

Have you looked into Dynamics 365 App For Outlook? It is an easy to setup integration between Dynamics and Outlook that may be the answer to what you need.

Thanks for the response Omar.

But that does'nt meet the requirement.

I should map every info of mail from outlook to CRM to their respective fields.

If someone could guide me writing a plugin or any way it could work , it would be of great help.
