The preferred time zone can only be change when there is only one active session for yourself

I have a problem when I would like to change time zone on AX. The error log is "time zone the preferred time zone can only be change when there is only one active session for yourself"

Please help to advise hot to change time zone without a problem.

    Check that you don't have multiple clients opened also you may have orphaned session left, you can delete extra records from SysClientSession table to clear them.
