Posted pick need to delete before posting shipment

Hi Experts ,
We are using dynamics 365 business central with advance warehousing and using wms(taklet factory) i need help two things :

1-is there any report in business central which evaluate difference between total sales order received and total order delivered?

2- if we pick some article in warehouse pick and in shipment i delete 2 artical which is wrongly valid by picker. What does that arical go. Does it go back to its bin or stays in shipment.
Plus is there any report which can tell me how many daily pick is picked by which person and whic pick is partially picked and which is leftover .(partially picked status is only showed on warehosue shipment page i need to know how can we evaluate on warehouse pick page )
