When creating WS 350 – all ‘Store(s) to receive this worksheet, are greyed (no way to select or unselect a store), then at the end the following message appears: ‘No worksheets were created’.
Another confusion: when creating WS 251, all department selected – prices are not changed in stories after HQ Client connection.

Sorry, I should have said I don't use WS 251 very often so maybe somebody else should answer that part. Do you you see the WS 251's being processed in HQ Client? Are you approving them after generating them?

Re: WS 350 It should automatically create a worksheet for each store that has account adjustments pending. If you haven't made any adjustments using Database, Global Customers, select a customer account, Account Information, Adjust...then it won't create any worksheets since there's nothing for it to do.
