Hi,
Where can I change settings for Picking list and packing slip. I have an issue on one environment (picture below) and I need to enable those buttons.
Is it impossible to enable those buttons?

It turns out by design. This issue is mentioned in KB number: 5009271.
It is not possible to deselect split based on "Site" for picking list and packing slip. A site represents a grouping of business resources, such as warehouses and production units, which share interrelated transactions, and are located at a particular geographic location. Creating a picking list across multiple geographic locations, as represented by different sites, is not a supported scenario.
