What is the best way to insert Gif (moving image) in Dynamics Marketing? Image, image URL or video?
Anyone who tried it? How did you do?

You can upload animated .gifs in Dynamics Marketing. Never tried it in email though, but I would suggest using Image.

I would suggest you upload the GIF image into marketing content directly, then use it in the email.

The images you use must be available publicly on the internet so your emails and pages can access and display them.
Though you could host your images anywhere, one convenient place to keep them is in the Dynamics 365 Marketing image library, which stores the images, hosts them publicly, and provides an image browser that helps you find and place them while working in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
And GIF format image is supported to upload:
Note: The maximum file size for uploaded images is 5 MB.
Test:
(1) Upload GIF image to content
(2)Insert it to email
(3)Result:
