Hello,

I have Dynamics 365 CE V9 On-Premise installed and I downloaded Dynamics 365 for Field Service v7.6.0.32. During the installation I was prompted to login to my online account which I do not have. I am not clear why do I need to have an online account if I am installing an on-premise version.

Please advise.

Thanks Lu. I did download the field service version 7 from customersource and not sure from where should I get the key.

The initial installation requires an online connection to check your license. During operation, internet access is utilized for

- Schedule assistant for onsite searches (although you could do a custom implementation using as the crow flies)

- Map

- Geocoding

Hi Nawaf,

This is not your online account, but your account to purchase the Field Service key.

Simply enter the account where you purchased the key.
