Hello!!!

I was able to create customized form using Visual Studio. Thanks to Mariano.

For my .Net project I am using thirdparty controls called devExpress.com, but I am not able to add it in Dynamics GP templates. When I try to add it throw error called- "Athe assembly reference "devExpress.Data.v13.1" could not be added to the project. This Wizard will continue to run but the resulting project may not build properly".

FYI- I am using Visaul Studio 2010 and GP 2010.

How can I used thirdparty controls in my Projects.

Expert any advice?

Thanks
Sandip

Thanks all, Much Appreciate for your help.

I was able to create "Hello World" project using Visual Studio 2008 with Dynamics GP 2010.

I like to use third party controls like Grid,Text box and other not Dynamics GP Third Party project (Modules).

Here I am using http://www.devexpress.com/ to show data into Grid etc. How can I used it? When I add it I get error

"The assembly reference "devExpress.Data.v13.1" could not be added to the project. This Wizard will continue to run but the resulting project may not build properly".

Your earliest reply is highly appreciable.

    Thanks

Just to let you know, I just created an empty GP Addin project and a class library with a sample class in it using VS2008. I added the class library DLL and able to access that within the GP addin. Hope you get it worked this way.

    Hi Sandip,

The issue here may be the usage of Visual Studio 2010. Dynamics GP 2010 core DLLs are based on VS2008 (.Net framework 3.5). Try once adding your third party DLL (targeted framework version for this assembly should be 3.5). Let me know if it works.

    Thanks,

    Kiran
