Customer Self-Service Portal dynamics 365 user (Contact) can see all cases

we have added new client into the portal, but he wants that client's contact can see only their own cases. I created new web role and gave Entity permissions for the case just for primary contact relationship. But it didn't help, Contacts still can see all cases in their organization (under one Account)

    all those things didn't help. Can anybody help me?

    I have deleted all web roles from contact but contact still have permissions to log in and see all cases

    Hi Arpit,

    Thank you for your reply. I did that stuff but it didn't help.

    I found a solution - by default system provide Web role - "Authenticated Users" for all Authenticated Users Role (YES). I set NO and my new role applied.

    Hi Kolyapnl,

    Open your Entity List > Navigate to Filter Condition and do below mentioned configuration to filter Cases based on Logged In Portal User.

    You can also filter Cases based on Logged In User's Account basis by selecting '<Account Lookup Field>' of Case in 'Account Attribute' field.
