Error in generation of G/L Ledger displaying as the same G/L Name under ledger description lines.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the G/L Ledger Reports, the requested G/L Name are generating in the G/L Ledger Lines instead of requested Description, Dimension Value Name Filters and require rectification of the same. Hope you will do the needful.

Please clarify the question.

The report is what it is: it presents the information requested via the form.

On the form, all you do, is basically limit the dataset. Changing filter information will not change the lay-out of the data presented.

PS: The last sentence of your question feels rather awkard: "Hope you will do the needful".

Hi, I think you need to check whether the Description in General Ledger Entries is the same first. If it is the same, the output report should also be the same.

In addition, this description field can be manually modified.
