    Hi Muhammad Awais Fayyaz,

You are receiving an Internal Server Error on the case entity because of a 500 Internal Server Error. This general HTTP status code means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is. Open the developer tools in your browser and on the networking tab open request/response and look for a more descriptive error message. If this does not help, turn on server tracing and check the error in your server logs.
