Hi All
I have got this requirement of changing activities view to not display received emails, i.e., Subject beginning with Re:/Fw:/FW:/RE: I have updated the view to not show these but still I'm seeing lots of replies and Forwarded activities. I have tried both contains and beginning but it doesn't work.
We actually can't disable tracking as we are using it for some other important task. Only way is to change the view filter please suggest. Thank you

Thank you for your suggestion Mahendra. I have tried multiple methods and none were working. So i'm using custom workflow to delete the received and FW activities after they are created. Doing this only for couple of entities in order not to affect performance.

This should be doable by changing view filter, but I think you have already done which is not working, so I will suggest you to share screenshot of the filter may be someone have some more suggestions to implement that.

If you are seeing records that you do not want to see in your view then you need make your filter criteria stricter. Find out the reasons why you do not want these records to appear and use that information to improve your view filter criteria.
