Entity Name dropdown doesn't show up in Entity Permission in CustomPortal

I am trying to add new Entity Permission in one of the entity for my custom portal. However when trying to add new Entity Permission, Entity Name dropdown doesn't show up. The place where it is supposed to display entity lists is just blank. I also have dev environment which allows to select entity from the lists however in my other environments the dropdown fails to show up.

Any suggestions how i can make the entity lists to show up?

This was so dumb. It was because of adblocker which was blocking some of the components of the dynamics instance.. duh!!
