Job registration posting - picking list journal posting with out consumption

Hi ...

   In  Ax 2012 ,

   Job registration posting - system automatically posting route card journal,picking list journal and report as finished journal  

   but picking list journal posting with out consumption of  inventory . This issue is coming only after enabled the inventory locations(WMSLocation) 

   we are making any mistake in setups ?
