Table holding Holiday Balance

Hi,

Would anyone know which Table / Entity would hold the balance figure of how much a employee would have left for their Holiday entitlement?

So for example Joe Bloggs works 7.5 Hours a day and I know he has 25 Days entitled to, so that is telling me he has 187.5 hours (25 * 7.5 = 187.5)

I can see on a form called "Leave Balances" that will fields like:

Leave Source

Accrural Type

etc..

I can also see calculated fields like:

Leave Forwarded,

Accrued Leave,

Leave Used,

Pending Request,

Balance Round Off,

Balance

Does anyone know which Data Source these fields are coming from as the table FVHLeaveWorkerEnrolledAccrual is listed as the Data Source but the fields required from the form are not in this table?  As the Data Field is blank within the Administration panel?

Please help

Thanks

    Hi,

As you mention a table starting with the prefix FVH, I can only tell you that this table belongs to a third party ISV vendor. I know that this solutiion does support a bit more related to holiday entitlement compared to only absense registration. But I don't know if there is a table, form or report available which  is your question. You can better ask your partner or the ISV vendor.

Okay Thanks! I don't think this will be a option?! So do you think there is not another way to find how these fields are calculated? I would have thought this would have come straight out of the AX 365 box from the HR module but if you think this is a third party table then I'm out of options on what to do next?

So what do suggest on creating a report (ssrs) on these fields for an end user?

Your only option is to involve either the ISV solution provider, or your implementation partners' developer team. The 2nd option would possibly take longer if the partners' technical team is not trained for the layout of the ISV solution, because they manually have to map out relations between the tables and guess where the data might be coming from.
