When loading a solution to ribbon workbench getting an error. I used chrome and IE in both the cases same issue. How to solve that please help me

Did you try to add only 1 entity in this solution without any metadata or subcomponents?
yes,i added only 1 entity and a web resource!
Hi Teja,
Please try below steps:
1. Create a solution with required entity only. Asset and Metadata checkbox should be unchecked while creating solution.
2. Close and reopen the Ribbonworkbench.
3. select the solution created in step 1.
4. Check if Async service is up and running properly.
