We have been utilizing Constant Contact as our subscription center and email marketing service for years. We recently launched D365 marketing and I am wondering how to best continue using CC for our emails as the functionality is much better than the D365 email templates. How do I integrate the activities (clicks, opens, etc.) of the Constant Contact email within D365 Marketing? Is there a way to send the same CC email to all of our leads/customers within D365 Marketing at the same time? Hoping I do not have to create two separate emails for every product announcement (one in CC and the other in D365).
Hi Brad- Can you elaborate on the forms section a bit more? I have the same question as it related to integrating Constant Contact to our Dynamics. Im looking for a solution to do that without bringing in a 3rd party.
Hello Dboxey,
There are a few options you can do to integrate Dynamics 365 Marketing with 3rd party services. You can choose to integrate with Dynamics 365 or embed forms on your subscription center that would submit values back to Dynamics 365: docs.microsoft.com/.../embed-forms.
If you have email designs you want to bring over, you can use the HTML editor to copy the HTML code from your email into the Dynamics 365 editor, so you wouldn't lose your current templates: docs.microsoft.com/.../email-design
Please let me know if this answers your question.
