Hello Community,
I am preparing to run 1099's for 2022. I use Dynamics Finance & Operations and we have been getting regular Microsoft updates.
When I first tested the printed 1099, it was in our sandbox environment (last updated in October). I was happy to see that it printed 3 vendors to a page and the calendar year "22" included in the proper location. Unfortunately the alignment was off on some of the boxes in each form. I then printed from our production environment. The boxes are aligned better (some addresses hard to read), however the calendar year does not print. I don't see any difference in features enabled. So what am I missing?
Thank you for any insight you can lend.
No John, we were not. Strange thing is although the first couple of pages printed fine within the boxes the rest were completely unaligned. None printed with the year. It was a disaster. Printing was fine out of UAT - I did that for one of our trusts (2 vendors with manual updates added) and it worked perfect including printing the year. For our main business we did not copy to PROD to UAT to print- which would have been the best solution. We ran out of time. So often Microsoft makes no sense.
Were you ever able to resolve this issue? We have the same problem!
Thank you
This feature is now in PROD but it still is not printing the calendar year on the 1099 form. :(
I found my problem but need help with how to resolve it. My UAT environment has the feature "Apply changes to 1099 forms for 2021" in the "All" tab. My PROD environment does not have this in "All" or anywhere else (not enabled). How can I get this feature into my production enviornment?
Version 10.0.30
Yes. I forgot where to look to find the version number.
What update is your PROD environment on? Same as sandbox?
