How to import note along with the leads in dynamics crm 2016 online

Hi,

We need to move our leads from one crm instance to another crm instance. We need the notes on those leads to be imported as well. What we are doing is to import the leads first, then import the notes on those leads, but is there a way that we can import notes together with leads and get it done in one step? Our company assigns leads to different business units, so when I import notes separately after leads import is done, it always gives me many duplicate error messages, the system doesn't know which specific lead to map the note to ... We don't really have a field on the lead form that can act like a primary key for data mapping. We have a "originalleadID" column in the SQL database, which seems may work, but this column is not a field on the real lead form on crm. I don't know how to use it. 

Anybody can help ?

    Hi Alagu, thank you for your answer. I am trying to import notes from CRM1 to CRM2 leads. However, CRM2 is a brand new platform so far we don't have a SQL or NoSQL database for it, so i guess SSIS won't work... Will SDK be able to make it happen?

    Actually there two ways, if you have use SSIS or write a custom code to insert a lead and their corresponding notes using microsoft.CRM.SDK

    Hi Qing,

    Have you tried using Kingswaysoft SSIS for data migration/load?  This has full capability to perform simple or complex data migration scenarios.
