Command bar not loaded in USD

I am working on USD 4.0, Dynamics365 9.0 when I am trying to load the entity its not showing the command bar. could any please suggest how to fix this issue. Its very urgent for me.

    This happens when the Hide Command Bar property is enabled on the Window Navigation Rule.

    Go to debugger, and check which Window Navigation Rule is triggered. Navigate to the window navigation rule on CRM and toggle the commndbar property.
