Depreciation Projection different than the Imported Entry

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out why the depreciation projection report in FA doesn't match the imported transaction on the GL?  We did have the computer crash during the process but I am not sure if that would be the problem.

    Well we did discover that the depreciation projections coming over from the FA module did not finish.  Is there anyway to reprint "Annual Depreciation Projection" for the month?
