Absence group in Time and attendance

Hello,

I am trying to set up absence group in Time and attendance but for some reason I don't see the option in my sandbox (screenshot with yellow highlight). Any idea how to access it? The other screenshot that has it came from the resource that I stumbled from the web. Thanks in advance for your input on this.
