Hi,
I have recently had an issue where I don't have the option to Test Send any emails.
The emails are built in Outbound Marketing and i seem to be the only one in our team who is unable to test send.
Is this a permissions issue or something that has come about after an update?

It's weird, I thought it was our version being different and the newer version was causing the issue, but now it looks a lot like a bug.
You could try to update the version, if the problem persists, you could contact Microsoft technical support to help you, avoid guesswork.

The change did come about after an update. When i expand the menu, no option for Test send appears.

I noticed that our command bar is different, have you tried to expand more to see if there is a "Test send" button?
If not, did this happen after an update? Please provide your version information.
