In Outbound Marketing, go to Analytics → Journeys, open the journey you want, and use the Export to Excel feature. This gives you a spreadsheet with engagement metrics.
Advanced option via Power BI or Dataverse:
If you need more detailed or automated exports, connect your Dynamics 365 environment to Power BI or query the Dataverse tables (e.g., msdyncrm_marketingjourney, msdyncrm_journeystats) for full control.
