Dynamics 365 for Phone App

Hello-

I am the system admin for our environment and we are trying to get users to be able to utilize the Dynamics 365 for Phone App.  I have created a security role for acess and enabled the mobile app.  When I loggin to the Mobile Phone App I get the following Error, "Error_Title_Generic" "L_PinnedRecordnotFoundTextFromDashboard ErrorDialog.Provide Technical Details".  Additionally when I got to the Home screen I get a blue rectangle that stated "PinnedTilePlaceHolderPinHere".  After Click it changes to another message and so on but doesn't display the environment.  Any insight?

    Not sure it will help much, and its been almost 2 years, but I came across the MAIL_CONTEXT error recently when opening the Customer Service Hub (which defaults at the dashboard area) and it seems to take exception to some of the Dynamics out of the box dashboards.

    In my case it was because I had set the dashboard for Outlook as my default dashboard (via xrm toolbox). I changed it to a custom dashboard and it stopped complaining.

    Problem is, users who want a better experience in Outlook need that dashboard pinned because otherwise it doesn't 'stick' when navigating in the App for Outlook.  

    In the web client it just goes to the default sales dashboard if Outlook app has been set.

    We are facing the same error when opening up the mobile app in V.9: External context MAIL_CONTEXT is not available. Check the availability before calling.

    Not every user is affected and it's only happening on the dashboard area of the mobile app.

    Does any one have a solution for this?

    I am on V.9 and have this error on the app and under my Apps online. I am using a system admin account,

    Yes, its latest version, I re-installed app twice today from app store.

    Yes Judy, I am using sys admin account to login on iphone app.

    .

    Have also tried with other sys admin account on different iphone but same issue.

    It works on ipad app.
