Hello,
I used workflow elements from Kaskela for attaching word templates to an email using workflow. This was great!
My requirement is to read the template name from a field, generate specific word document and then attach to an email using workflow.
Please suggest if this can be done.

Hi Ashwini,
You could add an Option Set with the Word templates names as options. User selects an option.
On save or with an on-demand workflow you can get the value of this option set field and then use conditions in your workflow to select/execute the right word template action.
The rest can be done in the way I've described in my first response.

Here the requirement is to pick the word template dynamically.
Say for a custom entity, there are 5 word templates. There are five rows in this custom entity. One of the field in custom entity has document template name. When workflow is executed, it should pick up the word template from this field, generate the document and attach to email.
I have already tried the links suggested by you, here set word template picks up from list of templates and it cannot read value from one of the field of the custom entity.
Please suggest how this can be achieved

With Workflow Elements you can do this as well, see How to: Rename a Generated Word Document
Create an E-mail record in your workflow and add the attachment to this record
and send the draft E-mail record
