Free Auto Numbering Managed Solution

Hi,

I was searching for a free solution for auto-numbering in CRM 2015 Online. I found one on this website http://www.planetxrm.com/microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013-2011-auto-id-generator/ , but when I am importing it, it is asking "By enabling this command you consent to share your data with external system". Does that means that this plugin will send data from our organization to some external system? If yes, then can anyone please suggest me a solution?

    Hi everyone,

    I have used the following free solution and it works great for me in Dynamics CRM 2015

    community.adxstudio.com/.../2014-01-09-the-power-of-synchronous-workflows-for-autonumberi.  I used it for the Account Number on Account and custom entities as well.  Hopefully this helps...

    If you want a solution that works with no hassles then use our commercial AutoNumber Solution www.crminnovation.com/.../autonumber.htm

    Why not create the solution  yourself, you can use workflow to do that.

    by using workflow, you can have condition control. 

    Please refer to below blog, it is a step by step tutorial.

    Yes, When I am adding new_name or name in case of account in the attribute field it is not working, but if I give any other text field, its working.
