
Recently I created new contact in the outlook . I have enabled server side synchronization in Dynamics 365. All contact has been synced from dynamics 365 to outlook. What I noticed that any new contact created in outlook not automatically creating in Dynamics 365. Also when I am updating any information such as mobile number for the outlook contact , that is also not automatically sync with Dynamics 365.
Anyone experience with same issue ?

Tracking contacts in Dynamics 365 for Outlook is a manual process.
This gives you the ability to keep your personal contacts separate from your Customer Engagement contacts. Synchronization of contacts from Customer Engagement to Dynamics 365 for Outlook is automatic, however. Any contacts that you own in Customer Engagement will automatically be available in Dynamics 365 for Outlook. If you sync Outlook on your mobile device, you can also access your Customer Engagement contact records on that device.
