In this case, you can try to search on LCS issue search for possible known issues. Is this the first time you noticed this issue or did it happen before? If it is the first time, did something change in the environment recently?
As there are inventory transactions involved, some deep analysis is required before trying to fix the data as it would be too easy to make the situation worse. Probably find or hire somebody who can help you with the analysis in your environment.
